Marcos began his career with a nationally recognized construction firm, where he developed a strong foundation in large-scale operations, systems, and execution. He later joined early-stage construction companies, drawn by an entrepreneurial environment and the opportunity to gain exposure to every phase of the business. Through these experiences, he gained perspective across roles, project types, and responsibilities, learning not only how projects are built, but how companies are built.

That progression led to the founding of BLDGCO in 2021, a firm created to offer a focused, accountable, and relationship-driven construction experience. Under Marcos’s leadership, the company operates with a boutique mindset, maintaining direct involvement at every level and delivering consistent, high-quality results.
