Project Overview
Completed the interior renovation of Quirch Foods’ Corporate Headquarters, delivering a modern workplace designed to support collaboration, employee wellness, and the company’s evolving corporate brand. The project included executive offices, conference rooms, open office areas, collaboration spaces, breakrooms, and premium architectural finishes. Despite an accelerated schedule and significant mid-project design changes, the renovation was successfully completed to support the client’s corporate headquarters relocation within 16 weeks.
Scope of Work
Construction included completer interior demolition, new partitions and ceilings, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting and lighting controls, custom architectural millwork, teak slatted feature walls, hand-troweled microtopping flooring, custom Indonesian wood breakroom tables, AV infrastructure, access control, flooring, painting, wallcovering, custom branded graphics, interior frameless glazing, Teknion demountable walls and all associated interior improvements.
Challenges
The project was delivered on an expedited schedule to accommodate the client’s corporate headquarters relocation. Midway through construction, the client initiated a complete carpet replacement to align with a corporate rebrand, requiring rapid procurement and resequencing of the work. Additional coordination was required to install numerous custom architectural elements while working within an occupied Class-A office building, minimizing impacts to neighboring tenants above and below.
Our Approach
The Construction Management team maintained continuous communication with the owner, design team, and specialty vendors to quickly adapt to changing project requirements. Early coordination of long-lead materials, proactive scheduling, and detailed trade sequencing allowed construction to progress efficiently while maintaining building operations and meeting the client’s aggressive occupancy deadline.
Results
The completed headquarters provides Quirch Foods with a contemporary, high-performance workplace that reflects the company’s brand and culture. Through disciplined project management and proactive coordination, the project was successfully delivered within an accelerated schedule while accommodating significant owner-driven changes during construction.
