Project Overview
Completed the complete interior demolition and reconstruction of Sabadell Bank’s Private Wealth Branch, transforming an existing banking facility into a sophisticated environment designed to serve important clients. The project delivered new executive offices, private client meeting rooms, new restroom facilities, breakrooms, premium architectural finishes, custom millwork, imported acoustic wall systems, wallcoverings, frameless glass partitions, d back-painted glass throughout the space. Despite complex security and procurement requirements, the project was successfully completed in just 13 weeks.
Scope of Work
Construction included selective demolition, complete interior reconstruction, new partitions and ceilings, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection coordination, custom architectural millwork, marble flooring, imported specialty acoustic panels, back-painted glass, lighting, flooring, premium finishes, data cabling, access control, security cameras, and all associated interior improvements.
Challenges
The primary challenge was maintaining a secure and fully operational public ATM lobby throughout construction while demolishing a complete bank branch, an abandoned vault room and protecting the adjacent ATM vault security systems. The project also required careful coordination of long-lead specialty materials, including acoustic wall panels imported from Sweden, marble flooring, custom architectural millwork, and back-painted glass.

Our team developed a phased construction plan that maintained public access to the ATM lobby while protecting the bank’s security systems. Early procurement of long-lead materials, detailed coordination with specialty vendors, and disciplined scheduling enabled the project to remain on track from start to finish.
